When will the direct debit take place?

If you choose a direct debit, the rent will be deducted from your account on the first day of every month.

There are four different ways to pay your rent. By direct debit, paying manually, paying at our office or paying via our payment link by email (POM).
Paying by direct debit is the most convenient way. You can easily arrange this by authorizing us to debit the amount from your account every month. Download the mandate form, print it and fill it in, sign it, and send it back to us. We will ensure the correct rent is debited from your account around the first of every month. When the rent changes we will change the amount; you don’t have to do this yourself. Easy peasy! Is the payment day on the weekend? Then we will debit your rent just before or after the weekend.
